Based on the analysis of moral status about no-rational man,the basic elements and first question in interpersonal treatment, and the conflict among moral conduct, moral principles and prescription of human essence are illustrated in this paper. The basic elements in interpersonal treatment contain both of moral agents and moral patients, moral conducts and moral principles. As the first question of interpersonal treatment, the different understanding of human essence could be regarded as the base of various moral principles. The argumentation of various principles in interpersonal treatment can be roughly divided into rational and emotional principles. The rational principle in interpersonal treatment presupposes the inter-subjectivity,which could only provide an extrinsic justification for moral conduct. The rational principle is according to human's rational power which its object is the cogitable identity. The emotional principle in interpersonal treatment could be appropriate for unidirectional or asymmetrical moral conduct which manifests as subject-object model, and could provide an intrinsic motivation for moral conduct. The emotional principle is according to human's emotional capability which its object is the sensible otherness. The moral parallax contains the different agents, moral freedom and parallax object of moral behavior. The moral parallax of interpersonal treatment is mainly reflected as the conflict between rational principle and emotional principle. The epistemology paradox of moral parallax is formulated by the fallacy of misplaced concreteness, which means the individuality could not be understood through man's generic attribute. The epistemology paradox of moral parallax reflects the gap of ontology: the gap between essentialism and anti-essentialism.The essentialism philosophical viewpoint has the properties of reducibility, regularity and abstractness, which are closely related to humans' sameness. The anti-essentialism philosophical perspective has the properties of integrality, becomingness and concreteness, which correspond with the humans' otherness. There's no logical sequence between the epistemology viewpoint and ontology viewpoint in moral parallax, which forms the minimum difference and pure difference of moral object(parallax object). The sufficient justification of moral conducts in interpersonal treatment, which ought to incorporate external restraint such as rational principle on the one hand, and the internal motivation such as emotional principle on the other hand, could be derived from neither one of them nor another. The synergy between two principles based on both the reciprocity of those two and the requirement of the sane society, corresponding with the internal program and the external one of synergy. The internal program is defined of the inter-restraint,inter-enslave and the alternate concession between those two principles, and the external program is defined of the corresponding fulfillment to the requirement of the sane society by those two principles. Moreover, the synergetic moral principle could also apply for many aspects such as animal ethics, the ethics of human rights and body ethics and so forth.
