Research On The Problems Of County Cultural Relic Protection And Countermeasures

Cultural relics are priceless treasures left over in the process of the development of human history,as well as the witness of history and culture.Protection of cultural relics is beneficial both in contemporary and in future.According to the results of the third national survey of immovable cultural relics,83.3% of the country's immovable cultural relics scattered in the rural areas or urban-rural fringe areas.The majorities of cultural relics,traditional villages and archaeological sites are far away from urban areas.There are many cultural relics protection units in the county,which is the frontier and foundation of cultural relic protection,and the task of cultural relic protection is arduous.Based on the investigation and study of the present situation of cultural relic protection and management,It is found that there are still many problems in the protection and management of cultural relics,including the Lack of funds for cultural relics protection,cultural relics management system is not smooth,the lack of cultural professionals,the slow development of the museum.These problems seriously restrict the further improvement of the management of cultural relics protection,which lead to the improper protection and management of the rich cultural resources.Including the affection of government officials utilitarianism,the impact of new rural construction and the lack of cultural relics publicity.Although our country has a long history of cultural tradition,containing precious,unique,rich cultural resources,But the protection of cultural relics management industry in the true sense in China started since the establishment of new China,which also experienced artifacts caused by destruction of the Cultural Revolution left thought,so there is still a gap between our country's protection of cultural relics management and the world cultural heritage and cultural heritage protection.This paper is based on the problems existing in the protection and management of cultural relics,drawing lessons from Britain,France,Italy and other countries in the protection of cultural heritage of some good practices,by using the methods of investigation,case analysisand analogy,the author puts forward to strengthen the government's responsibility,increasing the financial investment,actively declaring the provincial cultural relics protection units of cultural relics protection,broadening the sources of funds to solve the financial management of county cultural relics protection shortage,meanwhile adding supporting the protection of cultural relics funds.Through the improvement of cultural relics protection and management mechanism,strengthen the construction of cultural relics professionals to provide a solid guarantee for the improvement of the management level of cultural relics protection.By speeding up the development process of the County Museum,correctly dealing with the relationship between the protection of cultural relics and the development of social economy,to realize the educational function,social value and economic benefit of cultural relics resources.Through increasing publicity and education efforts,to create a good social atmosphere of cultural relics protection,through the cultivation of social organization and cultural relics protection volunteers,to make more people and social forces to participate in the protection of cultural relics to realize cultural resources sharing social insurance.
