The Experimental Research Of The Influence Of The Prisoners' Impulsivity And Emotion On Risk Decision-making

This research explores the characteristics of risk decision-making behaviors of prisoners on the backgrounds of impulsivity and emotion,enriching and perfecting the theories of risk decision-making,clarifying the process of criminal risk decision-making and influencing factors,as well as providing references for the psychological correction works for the prisoners.The research uses questionnaire survey and experimental methods,and measures 1204 prisoners from5 prisons in Tianjin.On the basis of revising the impulsivity questionnaire of prisoners,analyzing the characteristics of the prisoners' impulsivity,and then explores the influence of impulsivity and framing effect,emotion and framing effect,and impulsivity and emotion on risk decision-making separately.Research conclusions:(1)The revised impulsivity questionnaire of the prisoners has a good reliability and validity indicator,and can provide reference to the following relevant research.(2)The impulsivity of prisoners is at a lower level,three dimensional scores from high to low are cognitive impulsiveness,motor impulsiveness,and no-planning impulsiveness.The demographic variables have varying degrees of influence on the whole and various dimensions of the impulsivlity of prisoners.(3)The prisoners of high and low impulsivity tendencies exhibit different risk-seeking tendencies under positive and negative framing effects,and impulsivity variables and framing effect variables have significant main effect and interaction in risk decision-making.(4)The main effect of different emotional states on the risk decision-making of prisoners is remarkable,in the negative emotional state,prisoners are more inclined to seek risk;different framing effects have significant influence on the risk decision-making of prisoners,the negative framing effect tends to seek the risk,but the affective variables and framing effect variables have no significant interaction in the influence of the risk decision-making of prisoners.(5)The prisoners of high and low impulsivitise exhibit different risk-seeking tendencies in different emotional states,and impulsivity variables and emotion variables have significant main effect and interaction in the influence of the risk decision-making of prisoners;feedbacks(it refers to positive and negative feedbacks in the whole article)don't have significant main effect on the risk decision-making of prisoners,and the impulsivity and feedbacks,emotion and feedbacks and impulsivity,emotion and feedbacks also don't have significant interaction in the influence of the risk decision-making of prisoners.Suggestions:(1)Through the cognitive therapy and the behavioral therapy,we want to change and improve the personality of prisoners;(2)Through guiding the prisoners to play theirown role,changing their cognitions and doing reasonable catharsis,we want to improve their emotional management ability,and to promote the process of their resocialization.
