The Construction Of Historical Accounts And The Heritage Of Ethnic Han Culture

From the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty to the early 20 th century,with the migration of the ethnic Han moved in,the Qitai area became a main gathering place of ethnic Han in Xinjiang gradually.In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic Of China,the commercial activities flourished in Qitai,at the same time,the developed business and the inheritance of ethnic Han culture promoted the Chinese literature sprouted.Therefore,the "bottom-up" civilian literature formed spontaneously.In contemporary,the process of the Chinese literature in Qitai county is a bi-directional moving including "top-down" and "bottom-up" movements.From 1950 s to1970s,the Chinese literature was dominated by the authority in Qitai county,with the popularization of cultural movements,the process embodied the civil zeal for creating literary.Since the 1980 s,with the development of the market economy,the Chinese literary activities in the Qitai region have turned to the market-oriented mode.After the 1990 s,the development of literature has been combined with market and business which characterized enterprise culture in literary activities.In recent years,the construction of the official culture and the needs of the development of enterprises themselves jointly promoted the artistic creations,the Chinese literary activities of Qitai has entered a new stage of prosperity and development.This paper through collecting the relevant literature,unscrambled the development and situation of the contemporary Chinese literature activities in Qitai.The first part of the article summarizes the regional culture characteristics and the development of modern literature status of Qitai county,in the second part of the article ascertained the foundation of literary journals and publications of Qitai county after 1949,investigated the cultural exchange and literary creation of the contemporary Qitai county.besides,this part discussed the characteristics of local poetry,prose,fiction,drama,etc.in the close reading.Finally,I explored the peculiarity of garrison spirit characteristics and the elite cultural styles of the Chinese literature in Qitai county.
