A Study On Russia Occupy,rule And Return Towards Ili,China From 1871 To 1882

Russia has long wanted to hog Ili.Brazenly dispatched troops attacked Ili in1871,and ruled for more than ten years,during this period Russia carried out colonial rule include political,economic,science and education,horticulture which objectively promoted the progress of Ili.When there is no hope for Ili,Russia destroy the city,plunder population and economic and begin the negotiation of the return of Ili.The influence of Russia colonial rule on Ili Xinjiang was profound.The face of the Russia invaders cannot be concealed.This article is divided into four parts,the first part is the Russian occupation of Ili,including Ili’s important strategic position,the Russian occupation of Ili.The second part is the Russian rule and the influence of Ili,ruled separately from the political,economic,military,national policy.Effects include social form the influence and impact on social life,and the influence of national distribution pattern.The third part is the Russian discussion about return Ili,discusses the Russian domestic return to Ili differences,the reasons and results.The fourth part is the conclusion of this paper.
