Study On Word Formation Of Shizong Dialect

This paper,taking the Shizong dialect as the research object,will study the dialect words from the perspective of word formation and ways of expression.We make a detailed analysis from different angles,and try to contribute a lot to the study of dialect,the study of mandarin and social linguistics.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which cultural situation of Shizong County;he status and value of this study;research object and method;the general situation of the survey,corpus sources and the phonetic system of Shizong dialect.The second part is about word formation from the angle of punctuation,by basing on the word formation of onomatopoeia type and sound of tone type.The former one focuses on the discussion of onomatopoeia,and the latter one refers to synaeresis,and more colloquial and literary style.The third part is the syntactic structure of word formation.involving five aspects: partial formal type,verb and object type,verb and complement structure,subject and verb type,and joint structure.The fourth part analyzes the morphological means of word formation,mainly from overlapping and additional aspects.Overlapping style contains the overlap of nouns,verbs and adjectives.Noun overlap refers to"AA","AAB","ABB","ABB" and "ABCC";Verb Overlap contains the form of "AABB","ABB" and so on.There are “AABB","ABAC","A" and "A" forms in adjective overlap.Additive contains prefix,infix and suffix.Noun prefix refers to "[l?u212]" and "[ta31]";infix"[pa33]".There are more suffixes,totally 11.Such as,"[ka?n33]","[k?o31]","[t??31]" and "[t??an]" and so on.Adjective refers to suffix mainly,monosyllabic suffixes such as "[t?i31]","[t??212]" and "[t?a31]";While,there are 18 multisyllable infixes,such as "[pa33pa33]","[t?ia212t?ia212]","[lia212]" and "[xo33xo33]","[mi?33mi?31]","[kua33kua31]","[mi33??31in212]"and various forms with rich content.The fifth part is the rhetoric word formation,according to the specific situation of Shizong dialect,Mainly related to word formation types,like metaphor,hyperbole,metonymy and euphemism.
