Research On The Employment Situation Of Chinese Graduates Of Master Of Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages

The employment problem is the problem that affects the people's livelihood.It is necessary to study the employment situation,employment,employment level and employment satisfaction of college graduates.Relatively few Research about the Employment Situation of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.This paper takes the samples of the 2012-2014master's degree Chinese graduates of Lanzhou University as the object of research.Uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry on the data statistics,carries on the analysis research,to the sample employment status,the employment rate,Employment,employment level,employment satisfaction and other issues,according to the analysis of the results of some conclusions and conclusions of the five main conclusions.The main contents of this paper are divided into five parts: the first part is mainly research background and significance,research object and method,literature review;the second part is mainly based on the analysis of the literature of Lanzhou University of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages graduates employment rate,employment,employment level;the third part is the analysis of the employment situation of the 2012-2014 master's degree Chinese graduates of Lanzhou University,which is based on the Questionnaire Of The Employment Status Of The Graduates Of Lanzhou University of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages;the fourth part analyzes the factors that affects the employment of the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages;the fifth part is the relevant suggestions based on the factors influencing the employment of the Master of Teaching Chinese toSpeakers of Other Languages.According to the survey data and the survey results,it can be concluded that the overall employment rate of the 2012-2014 master's degree Chinese graduates of Lanzhou University is higher,and employment satisfaction is at a and general level.And the social factors are the most influential factors in graduates of Lanzhou University of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.The change of the system,the introduction of the corresponding national policies and the gradual establishment of the mature employment system are effective ways to help the graduates of Lanzhou University of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.
