A Study On Some Aspects Of Thai Teachers Of L2 Chinese In Prachuapkhiri Khan,Thailand

Since acient time China and Thailand have been a good neighbor,and have developed closed ties and very friendly relationship.In recent years,the Chinese language has been such a trend in many countries.In Thailand,the increasing number of people attaches great importance on L2 Chinese Teaching.In this research paper,the subject will be the Prachuap Khiri Khan's L2 Chinese teachers.Through the analysis and observation of local Chinese teachers,the attitude and participation in the activities of the teachers teaching economic,social status and other aspects of teaching as the research protocol.The writer found that the current local Chinese teachers have four issues that exist;first is Chinese teachers' qualifications are not perfect,which leads to the instability of the teaching staff.Second,teacher's salary is not attractive.Third is the teachers who took part in the Chinese culture and research activity is less.Four is a small number of teachers' attitude towards teaching is not high.Dealing with the problems,the author puts some countermeasures;First,adjust the teacher's salary,strengthen the stability of the local Chinese teachers.Second,regularly organize teachers to carry out teaching research and exchange activities.Third is create conditions for young Chinese teachers.
