The Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Local Chinese Teachers Training In Universities In Chiang Rai,Thailand

Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand,exchanges between the two countries in the fields of politics,economy,society and education have deepened day by day.In recent years,the number of Thai learners of Chinese has gradually increased,and the number of Thai students studying in China is increasing.On the other hand,with the strong support of the Chinese government,Chinese teaching in Thailand has developed rapidly.In addition to the volunteers and Chinese teachers sent to Thailand by China Hanban every year,Thai native Chinese teachers are also the backbone of Thai Chinese teachers.This is due to the advantages of local teachers themselves.Nevertheless,there are still many shortcomings in the training of native Chinese teachers in Thai universities.This paper takes the Chinese language education majors and local Chinese teachers and graduates of universities in Chiang rai region Chiang rai Ratjabhat University and Mea Fah Luang University in Thailand as the research objects.Through the method of combining questionnaire survey and individual interview,this paper investigates the basic situation of local Chinese teachers' training in Colleges and universities in Chiang rai region of Thailand,collates and analyses the relevant information,points out the problems and reasons in the process of training local Chinese teachers in Chiang rai region of Thailand,and puts forward the solutions to the problems found in the survey.This paper consists of five parts.The introduction part mainly elaborates the origin,purpose and significance of this study,research content,research methods,research summary,and the significance of topic selection.Chapter one summarizes the practical needs of developing native Chinese teachers in Thailand,the background of native Chinese teachers,training,and the advantages of native Chinese teachers.Then take the training of native Chinese teachers in Colleges and universities in Chiang rai area of Thailand as an example for statistics and analysis.Chapter two.for the investigation and analysis of the training of native Chinese teachers in Thai universities,mainly with the introduction of Chiang rai Ratjabhat University and Mea Fah Luang University,investigates the training mode of Chinese teachers,employment intention and situation after graduation.Chapter three is the evaluation of the training effect of native Chinese teachers.At the same time,through the information obtained from interviews between teachers and students,we can understand the current situation of the training of native Chinese teachers in Colleges and universities in Chiang rai region.This paper points out the problems existing in the training of local Chinese teachers in Chinese teaching and the reasons for them.Chapter four,reflections and suggestions for the training of native Chinese teachers in Thailand,mainly aims at the problems existing in the training of native Chinese teachers in Thailand,and puts forward its own suggestions.Finally,for the conclusion,this paper mainly summarizes the content of this article,and puts forward the shortcomings.The problems existing in the training of native Chinese teachers in Thailand include the low quality of students,the unstable change in the number of students,the lack of pertinence and practicability in curriculum content setting,the low standard of Chinese professional competence,the low number of teachers and the change of professions after graduation.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward to solve the problems existing in the training of native Chinese teachers in Thailand.In order to make up for the lack of research on the training of Thai native Chinese teachers,we should establish a suitable training standard for Thai native Chinese teachers,vigorously support the suggestions of Thai native Chinese teaching teachers to study in China and Chinese teachers and students to study in China.It is hoped that the problems existing in Thai Chinese teaching can be well solved and Thai Chinese teaching will surely develop better and better.
