The Application Of Chinese Talents In Chinese Teaching In Thailand—A Case Syudy Of Chinese Teachers From Guangxi University In Thailand

Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages is not only the promotion of Chinese,but also the promotion of Chinese culture.In recent years,"Chinese fever" continues to heat up in Thailand,and the Chinese teaching in Thailand has shown a blooming trend.However,the practical application of Chinese talents in Chinese teaching in Thailand needs further study.Based on the questionnaire survey method,this paper selected the Chinese teachers from Guangxi University in Thailand as the research object to issue questionnaires.And had a preliminary understanding of the application of Chinese talents of Chinese teachers from Guangxi University in Thailand.Then,six Chinese teachers in Thailand and four Thai students were selected for semi-structured interviews,to have a further understanding about Chinese talents’training experience and application of Chinese teachers from Guangxi University in Thailand,and verified the preliminary conclusions of the questionnaire survey.In addition,cases of Chinese talents applied in cultural classes and cultural activities were selected for analysis,so as to understand the specific situation of Chinese teachers’application of Chinese talents.According to the results of questionnaires,interviews and case studies,most of the Chinese teachers from Guangxi University in Thailand have mastered certain Chinese talents and can be applied to the teaching,and have achieved good teaching results.In the practical application of Chinese talents,there are also some problems remain to be improved,such as the low level of Chinese talents,the lack of positive teaching attitude,the ability of teaching organization and management,and the language ability.Based on these,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the Chinese talents training for international Chinese teachers from three aspects:Curriculum setting,pre-service training and self-improvement of Chinese teachers.This paper hopes to provide a reference for subsequent Chinese teachers in Thailand through a superficial study of Chinese talents and its application in Chinese teachers from Guangxi University in Thailand.And arouse the attention of the academic circles in this field,then promote the solution of the current situation of Chinese talents’application in Thai Chinese teaching and the optimize the Chinese talents training in the preparation of International Chinese teachers.
