The Analysis About Semantic Transparency Of The Personal Nouns Of Three-syllable In The Commonly Used In Modern Chinese Vocabulary (Draft)

This paper takes 529 personal nouns of three-syllable in the commonly used in modern Chinese vocabulary(Draft)as the research object,from the perspective of semantic composition and Syntax constitute,to analysis the influnce of them to the semantic transparency of the 529 personal nouns of three-syllable.This paper is divided into 4 chapters.Chapter 1,introduces the research on the three-syllable words in detail,to further clarify the writing direction of this paper.Chapter 2,mainly illustrates the concept of semantic transparency and related research,on the basis of predecessors' research,we set a standard to distinguish the different semantic transparency about the personal nouns of three-syllable.We will divide these personal nouns of three-syllable into five different semantic transparency categories,they are the first grade,second grade,third grade,fourth grade,the fifth grade.At the same time,we discusse the factors which affect the semantic transparency of words.We found the facters are mainly focused on frequency of the words,and the relationship between morpheme meaning and the meaning of the words,and the structure of the words.Finally this paper from the angles of semantic composition and grammatical form,to explore the factors affecting the semantic transparency of personal nouns of three-syllable.Chapter 3,is the key chapter of this article,it is divided into two parts,they are semantic composition and grammatical form of personal nouns of three-syllable.In terms of semantic structure,is divided into semantic structure and semantic category two parts.Through the analysis,we find that in terms of semantic structure,combination of word accounted for the largest,and the semantic transparency of the combination of words are first grade,the most of the along with the words belong to the first grade of semantic transparency.,the most of the fusion of words belong to the third grade of semantic transparency,the semantic transparency of combination of word are the lowest for the fifth grade.In terms of semantic category,the professional class of personal nouns of three-syllable have thelargest number,the second is the identity,the third class is the features,the number of the least is the name which are personal nouns of three-syllable.The semantic transparency of Professional class and relation class about personal nouns of three-syllable,are all in the first grade.In terms of grammatical form,also is divided into two parts,namely,grammatical structure and qualia structure.From the data,we find in the traditional structure,partial formal of personal nouns of three-syllable accounted for the top,and the number of n+n compound words and adj+n compound words are the most.Partial formal semantic opacity to the largest number of the first rank,accounted for the largest.In terms of qualia structure,n+n compound words and adj+n compound words are mainly play the role of form,Their semantic transparency is focused on the first grade.The additive compound words mainly play the role of function,the semantic transparency of them is also the first grade.Chapter 4,summarizes the full text,and also compared with the dual meanings of words and three words,we find the meanings of the three words are more transparent and richer than the dual tone.By studying of the semantic transparency of the 529 words in modern Chinese common vocabulary(Draft),we can figure out the etymology of these words.Of course,it can provide some reference to the second language teaching.
