Empirical Analysis Regarding The Influence Of Factors On The Development Of Cultural Industry Of Wuhan

Since 2012,Wuhan has promulgated policies on the revitalization of cultural industries,and the rapid development of Wuhan cultural industry.The cultural industry is becoming a potential growth point and an important engine to promote the economic and social development in Wuhan.In 2017,Wuhan introduced a number of policies to promote the development of Wuhan cultural industry,The growth target of cultural industry in the 4 years after 2016 is pointed out:By 2020,the added value of Wuhan cultural industry accounted for more than 5% of the region’s GDP.Vertically,Wuhan cultural industry accounted for 4.15% of the region’s GDP in 2015,a far cry from what was expected of 10% in 2012.On the horizontal,in 2015,in the central region of Wuhan,Changsha and Hefei,the three provincial capital cities,Wuhan cultural industry added value accounted for 4.15% of the region’s GDP,and Wuhan cultural industry ranked last.This shows that the development of Wuhan cultural industry lags behind.Based on the problems existing in the development of Wuhan cultural industry,it is the main source of the selected topic of the article.The question that the article studies and solves is that what factors influence and restrict the development of Wuhan cultural industry?In order to solve this problem,on the one hand,the article constructs the evaluation index system of Wuhan cultural industry development through the principal component analysis model.The relevant data of Wuhan Municipal Bureau of statistics 2011-2015,selected the cultural industry base,cultural resources,cultural consumption,cultural industry policy of cultural industry,talent,culture and related industries were analyzed for a total of 6factors affecting a total of 13 evaluation index.The empirical results show that the 5 factors,the cultural industry foundation,the cultural consumption demand,the culture and related industries,the cultural industry policy,and the cultural industry talents,are the main factors that influence the development of Wuhan cultural industry.On the other hand,through comparative analysis,using the latest data of the development of Wuhan cultural industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Wuhan cultural industry in the past 2011-2015 years.It points out that the total value added of cultural industries in Wuhan cultural industry is insufficient,the structure of the cultural industry is traditional,and the regional differences of cultural industries are great.Combining principal component analysis model and targeted analysis,the paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions.We should consolidate the foundation of the cultural industry and upgrade the scale and quality of the cultural industries;Cultivate and guide cultural consumption;promote the fusion of culture and related industries,focus on thedevelopment of cultural and technological integration industry;to perfect its cultural industry policy system;improve personnel training and security personnel,because of system,efforts to solve the housing problem,treatment three.
