A Consideration On The Position Of Xijin-Ping's Human Destiny Community Thought In Ideology And Politics Education

The Report at The 18 th CPC National Congress had proposed Advocating the Consciousness of Human Destiny Community(HDC as its abbreviation),and afterward,which was developed by CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping who once said that for some days I am very willing to use the word Destiny Community.Regarding the relevant thought is fundamental content in XI's Serial Speeches,we should systematically research on its meaning and status in Ideology and Politics Education.Human Destiny Community is the necessary result of action and thought developing history.Chinese as an ethnic group is really the product of ancient action and thought of HDC under then conditions.In world history,HDC was a kind of antidote for ancient imperialism,for modern time,after atrocities done by imperialism and extreme nationalism,human made great progress in HDC action and thought exemplified with UN,WTO and EU on which the postwar peace and prosperity were based.Human Emancipation and World History which were basic themes in Marxism essentially a kind of HDC thought.Marx classified HDC as Natural Community,False Community and True Community,respectively denotes tribal and feudal era,capitalism and future society.The true community means a harmony between its members and itself.The CCP developed Marx's Community thought with propositions such as Five Principle of Peacefully Co-existing,Peace and Development as Contemporary Theme,Harmony World.Based upon Marx's community thought,Chinese traditional culture,and human civilization,XI proposed the term Human Destiny Community essentially denoting the True Community.HDC has been developed into a systematical theory about the Regional Community,Human Community and Bio-community etc.in the subject viewpoint,and about Interest Community,Just community and Destiny Community etc.in the object viewpoint.The HDC thought is very important,but is neglected or preliminary in Ideology and Politics Education.So verifying the theoretical status of HDC in XI's Serial Important Speech is a prerequisite task,which is fulfilled by proposing that both of nation and HDC are a kind of community,both are a phase of developing World History Spirit,logically,patriotism and HDC Consciousness are a kind of Community Consciousness,so in Ideology and Politics Education,it is necessary to organically combine patriotism with HDC Consciousness under the principle of community consciousness,specifically,to advocate the dialectic of ChinaDream and World dream,the dialectic of Culture Self-confidence and Culture Mutual-confidence,the dialectic of Social Just and Global Just,the dialectic of National Sovereignty and Global Rule of Law.In this way to understand and educate the HDC Consciousness,viz.at a very high theoretical height,is conducive to develop the 21 stCentury Marxism and the Contemporary China Marxism.
