| With the popularity of street dancing,The Chinese street dancing competition has introduced a number of international competitions by the support of the country.There are also many international competitions held by ourselves.However,the development of street dancing competitions in China is relatively late in other countries,and in the academic research,our country has only a few researches on street dancing competitions,and without scientific or complete theory to guide the development of Chinese street dancing competitions at all.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the organization management of street dancing by referring to the organization management theory of large individual sports events.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,On-the-spot investigation,mathematical statistics and so on,the ten standards of the success of the event in the operation and management practice of sports events were Liu as the theoretical basis.After the Expert Questionnaire survey,established the International Street Dance Competition Organization Management Appraisal Index and produces the questionnaire,to the tournament organization manager,the athlete and the spectator 3 kinds of personnel,carries on the questionnaire survey to the international hip-hop "B.U.S" and "W.I.B" two competitions in our country,In order to master the actual effect of international street dance competitions organization and management.(1)Take the "B.U.S" street dance competition as the main,carry on the statistical analysis,think:Shan "embodies the Olympic spirit","Perimeter control","Communication","volunteer Service","Live broadcast","Sponsorship status","Reception service","Competition guarantee","venue hardware facilities and order" and so on,the overall identity is higher.Shan Street Dance competitions in the organization and management of the following local problems: the handling of security problems,the performance of emergency response capacity is not clear in the "crowd management" and "food safety",there is no clear management norms;The large traffic signs are inadequate,the medical and nursing measures are not perfect,the fares and the peripheral products are single,the audience attendance is not high and the audience is less interactive,the event financial loss status;(2)W.I.B competitionsare better in the following areas: in the venue entrance layout more reasonable,the athletes have no errors in the issuance of documents,the audience seats are more reasonable and clear logo,better publicity for the event,there is no loss of the event,the athletes more pride,the audience's experience satisfaction with the event higher.It shows that the level of organization and management of international hip-hop competitions can be further improved.2 Tournament survey data statistics show that: the results of the organization and management evaluation of the international Street Dance competitions held in our country are basically in agreement with the ten standards successfully held by the large-scale individual sports events,which explains the rationality and applicability of the evaluation indexes.The correlation analysis of the survey data of two competitions shows that the results are credible and reliable.Research limitations and follow-up research suggestions: The problem of the questionnaire should be further standardized,the investigation process should be more rigorous.The experience of organizing and managing the competitions is not enough,we should learn from the practical experience of the large-scale single event organization and management,especially the way of organizing and managing the international hip-hop competition.In the literature,the reference of the foreign language literature and information is extremely scarce,to improve the level of international hip-hop tournament management and scientific research standards in the field,the need for more scholars on the international street Dance competitions Organization and management research. |
