| The study take the 144 different psychology teachers which from province of Anhui,Hunan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Jiangsu,Jiangxi,Zhejiang and city of Tianjin public & private schools,work as full-time & part-time nature,as a subject.A collective and individual measurements Surveying mental health of primary and secondary psychology teacher's job burnout,Big Five personality and life events anonymous questionnaire.The aim is to explore the relationship of psychology teacher's Big Five personality,life events and job burnout.Through descriptive statistics,t test,ANOVA and correlation analysis,we get the following conclusions:(1)the score of primary and secondary psychology teachers' job burnout is not too high,but also 10% of them existence job burnout,especially more than 40% of psychology teachers' “emotional exhaustion” scores is high.(2)Primary and Secondary School Teachers 'Personality Psychology overall tendency is ideal,especially openness and altruism,but there is still a certain percentage of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Personality psychology should be further improved and growth.(3)Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Life Event Scale score high,and large individual differences,reflecting the psychological Teachers in part withstand greater stress,and life events sources,mostly the family,followed by the work of learning,social minimum.(4)The school's emphasis on mental work,whether to create the psychological courses,training times,if there were to Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Job Burnout psychological one or more dimensions on the switch to do other work intentions and other demographic variables have a significant impact.(5)The Big Five Personality and Mental Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Burnout or more dimensions there is a significant correlation between life events and School Mental teacher burnout does not exist significant correlation. |
