Protection And Development Of Villages And Towns In New Rural Construction

After the proposing of building a new socialist countryside since the fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,the construction of new rural development has reached the stage of deepening,the changes of the rural environment is like "turn the world upside down",but the results have been mixed.In the construction of development at the same time,many ancient villages and towns of the traditional architectural style,natural landscape and humanistic environment suffered varying degrees of damage,some ancient villages and towns was even directly to the "modernization",its original style all gone.The ancient village is the best witness of agricultural civilization development in China,but also as a whole a set of historical buildings,its natural ecology,local society,folk culture and so on are regional,if ignoring its historical value and regional characteristics in the construction,separate its architecture,natural and culture factors,will bound to destroy the traditional style and cause irreversible damage.It is a demolition of old buildings and blind imitation.Therefore,in the new rural construction,how to improve the living standards of residents,but also to effectively protect the historical features and rationally develop their resources is a question worthy of our study.This thesis is a local investigation of Huanghualaozhen in Huangpi District of Wuhan,after field survey,interviewing and data analysis,I find some problems faced in the ancient town,and also some suggestions for its protection and suggestions.After that,in the study of new rural construction,the relevant literature about the protection and development of ancient villages and towns were collected and analyzed the common problems,and carries on the summary,put forward feasible measures for new rural construction in village protection and development.The thesis is divided into five parts.(1)Introduction.Introducing the purpose and significance of this study,as well as the domestic and international background.(2)Field survey.Based on a large number of field visits of Huanghualaozhen,summarizing the existing problems of the ancient town,and put forward some suggestions for protection and development.(3)Propose and analyze problems.This thesis puts forward somecommon problems in the construction of new rural construction and analyzes the causes of the problems.(4)Problem solving.Based on the analysis of the problems of new rural construction,put forward the feasible measures to the protective development and extract theory from practice.(5)Conclusion.Publicizing the characteristics of ancient villages and towns,developing a harmonious new rural.
