Hidden curriculum is a school course that relative to the dominant curriculum.Recently hidden curriculum has become one of the hottest topics in second language acquisition.The hidden curriculum can make the students acquire the non-academic experience in the school environment through the implicit way.The relationship between teachers and students belong to the category of culture-the psychology class of hidden curriculum,is the school organization and one of the most important,the most basic and most active relationships.Firstly,this article explain the hidden curriculum concept,definition,classification and characteristics of the theory,then summarizes the general situation of the research about hidden curriculum and the relationship between teachers and students both at home and abroad,and points out the relationship between teachers and students of hidden curriculum in teaching Chinese as a foreign language is rarely studied.And the communicative language teaching and situational characteristics determine the relationship between teachers and students and their learning of students has a direct or indirect influence,therefore,need further to explore the hidden curriculum of teachers teaching Chinese as a foreign language relationship value.The author adopt the way of questionnaire survey on the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students,and the influencing factors of the relationship between teachers and students,and the relationship between teachers and students on the impact of foreign students learning Chinese study.The results showed that: the relationship between teachers and students of teaching Chinese as a foreign language there is a frequent communication with students,teachers in class and after class exchanges scarce,teachers’ emphasis on knowledge and emotional communication,more dominant curriculum and ignore the phenomenon of light hidden curriculum.The relationship between teachers and students there is a certain degree of alienation.In addition,the author adopts the method of quantitative study in-depth analysis of the relationship between teachers and students the feeling of the impact of Chinese learners,draw the conclusion: the relationship between teachers and students of the Chinese learners have a lot of ways,the influence of the relationship between teachers and students positively related with Chinese learners’ interest in learning;The relationship between teachers and students positively related with Chinese learners’ learning attitude;The relationship between teachers and students positively related with the learner’s turn to intention.Then,the author expounds the relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of theory as the value of recessive curriculum in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Finally,the author,based on the results of the relationship between teachers and students study for the establishment and development of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students put forward the corresponding effective measures,to give full play to its hidden curriculum value.
