Hidden curriculum theory gradually becomes a hotspot in researching modern curriculum theory. As the developer and the important factor influencing its effects, teachers'image have attracted increasing attention. The moralization function of Confucian teachers'image in Han Dynasty was of great practical significance to structure modern curriculum theory. With gentle, honest, sincere, sedate and cautious images, Confucian teachers in Han Dynasty have set a good example for the people. As moral models, they taught others by their own examples with loyalty and filial piety, and they were contented in poverty and devoted to things spiritual with courtliness, frugality and probity. With profound knowledge of Confucian classics and a thirsty of learning, they were tireless in teaching and have nurtured a great number of outstanding Confucians. As Confucian officials, they have set the principles of adopting humane care to enlighten people. However, with the increasing integration of Confucian classics and politics, their image began to deviate:they learned Confucian classics and cultivated their own morality for power and fortune, resulting in the utility tendency in learning, hypocrisy in morality and rigidity in academic thoughts. In the late Eastern Han Dynasty, relatives of the king and eunuchs have been in power by turns, making the royal court in a mess. In accordance with different values, Confucian teachers were divided into three schools:one fought against the eunuchs' autocracy, fearing no death; one colluded with multiple forces for protecting their position and fortune, and the rest chose being a teacher in their hometown. With significant education function, Confucian teachers'positive image attracted students from a long distance away and become their followers, who accepted the nurturing on personality, including respecting teachers, believing their theories and inheriting their ambitions. However, the deviation of their images has brought ill social conduct in the society. Moreover, we have to get back to reality and take history as mirror. The structuring of university faculties' image plays a crucial role in constructing and improving hidden curriculum system, bringing its positive effects into full play. We can be enlightened by Confucian teachers' image in Han Dynasty and its moralization function in regaining the lost moral values, picking up the missing social responsibility, recovering the free academic personality and restructuring the harmonious teacher-student relationship.
