Attention to drug stimulation is one of the core characteristics of substance addiction, which is directly related to the maintenance and re-use of substance dependence.Attentional bias modification(ABT)is the emerging therapy that has achieved remarkable results in anxiety, depression and other treatment areas, but there is few research in the field of substance addiction. At present,it is unclear whether the ABT is effective to addicts or not,and whether the previous level of attentional bias would have influence on the training results.Besides, whether the training results can migrate to other paradigm is still not clear.Based on this, our research had start with the attention bias to drug cues of addicts, and study on the above questions. Our research used the method of pre-test,training and post-test to study the effect of ABT on female drug abusers.First, based on the attentional bias score in pre-test,to selecting subjects, they were randomly assigned to the training group(n = 20)and placebo group(n = 20),and do a 4 days attention training, once a day, placebo group would have control tasks.Using the addiction Stroop and the dot-probe paradigm to the subjects' attention bias level, the modified dot-probe paradigm was used to train the subjects. The results show that:(1)When use the dot-probe paradigm for measurement, there are significant differences in the attentional bias scores of training group before and after;when based on the attentional bias score in the pre-test and divided them into high and low groups,it has interaction, that is to say,the scores in the pre-test can predict the scores in post-test;(2)When we use the dot-probe paradigm and addiction Stroop paradigm in the post-test at the same time, the results show that there is no migration between the two tasks. The results show that attentional bias training can reduce the subject's attention in the training task, and the level of attention before training will affect the effect of training. It is more important to note that the benefits of bias training can not be moved between different tasks. The future will need to develop new and better training tasks,so that the training effect can be different from the situation in the migration.
