Objective and significanceNowadays, the drugs abusing problem is becoming seriously.Speaking of the dangers of drug, can be summarized as "destroy themselves, hurt families, harm to society.Although a large amount of money and manpower have been invested in drug treatment, the relapse rate remains high. This study was to research through the experiment,to explore the attention to the training of heroin addicts attention bias, the influence of the drug craving and relapse tendency.Hope to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the treatment of drug and reducing the rate of relapse. Methods and SubjectsRecruiting heroin addicts volunteer from a compulsory isolation rehabilitation centers in Guangdong province, the present study tested the effectiveness of visual probe-based ABM training, with a focus on examining mechanisms underlying training efficacy.Participants were randomly assigned to ABM training or a sham training condition in a laboratory setting.Measures of attentional bias(drug Stroop and alcohol visual probe)were administered. And subjective heroin craving was measured by The Obsessive Compulsive Drug Use Scale(OCDUS),the Desires for Drug Questionnaire(DDQ)and Inclination of Relapse Questionnaire of Drug Rehabilitated Addicts. Both the experimental group and the control group received the same experimental training program and experimental materials, but the rate of the detection appearing after neutral images was different. It was 100%in experimental group, while 50%in control group. The study requires the participants to complete the self-assessment questionnaire and the training and measurement of the attentional bias in a quiet environment.Results1.After five consecutive days of attention-bias taining, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in the detection of point detection. After the experimental group, the attention bias score was significantly lower than that of the pretest.2.The scores of Stroop task showed no significant difference between the two groups.3.It showed an interactive effect of grouping and time in the craving scores of DDQ.The craving scores of experimental group in the pre-test was significantly lower than in the following test.4.It showed an interactive effect of grouping and time in the control scores of OCDUS.The control scores of experimental group in the pre-test was significantly lower than in the following test.5.It showed an interactive effect of grouping and time in total scores of the Inclination of Relapse Questionnaire of Drug Rehabilitated Addicts. The total score of inclination of relapse in the experimental group in pre-test was significantly higher than in the following test.Conclusions1.Attention bias training is efficient to reduce the attention bias of heroin addicts to related stimuli.2.The effect of bias training based on dot-probe task is not significant on the Stroop task.3.The attention bias training of heroin addicts can influence their subjective craving and control of drugs.4.The attention bias training of heroin addicts can influence their relapse tendency.
