| The selection of top innovative students is the powerful guarantee for the cultivation of talents.The research aimed at building an integrated and reasonable psychological selection indicator system of top innovative talents in military university by combining related theory with our military reality.The cadets of the Top Innovative Talents Cultivating Class in military universities were chosen as subject and their psychological traits were investigated.Documentary method,interviewing method,questionnaire survey and AHP were the main methods.Based on four theories,a two-level indicator was built;31 students and teachers were interviewed.And by coding and analyzing,a three-level indicator system was built;after that,the questionnaire was developed to prove the indicator and make adjustment.We chose 20 students to have preliminary survey and adjust the form of questionnaire.126 formal questionnaires were sent while 112 were received,based on whose data we perfect the system.Finally,AHP was taken to calculate the weight.The result of interviewing research leaded to a primary indicator system with 3 first-grade indicators,9 second grade indicators and 37 third grade indicators,in which seven first-level related codes showed significant military characteristics,including interpersonal capacity,leading and commanding capacity,organizing and coordinating capacity,self-confidence,sense of responsibility,ambition and teamwork spirit.Two times questionnaire survey came out the Indicator Systems of Top Innovative Students in Military University which included 3 first grade indicators(capacity,personality and quality),8 second grade indicators(capacities: capacity of independent exploration,capacity of self-value realization and public relation capacity;personalities: innovation-preparing personality,innovation-developing personality and stable stage personality;qualities: moral trait,cognition quality and work involvement)and 26 third grade indicators.The internal consistency of is fine with α>0.8 in second grade indicators andα>0.9 in first grade indicators.The construction validity also reached fine significance level.The set of weight fulfill the system,in which the Capacity occupied 0.68.In conclusion,the study built a psychological selection indicator system of top innovative talents in military university which meets the requirement of psychometrics. |
