Study On The Effect Of China-Korea FTA On The China's Cultural Industy

China and South Korea are big developing countries.They have a long history and rich natural resources.In 1997,the period of financial crisis,South Korea has seen the cultural industry as a national pillar industry.In 2000,with the "Korean wave" South Korea's cultural industry developed,gradually it dominated Asian cultural market,at the same time,South Korea become a cultural power.China's cultural industry developed later than South Korea,but China is rich in cultural resources and natural resources.China is a manufacturing power,which is benefit to production of cultural goods,further more,it can promote the development of China's cultural industry.Development of FTA is China's strategical plan.FTA can eliminate barriers' tariffs and non-tariff,promoting trade between member states.Research on China-Korea FTA impact on China's cultural industry,which is helpful for China to perfect the related market's mechanism of cultural industry,and promoting the healthy development of China's cultural industry.In this article,through reading literature and related information,based on the theory of comparative advantage theory,Heckscher-Ohlin theory,scale economy theory and regional economic integration theory,first of all,this paper introduces the current situation of cultural industry about China and South Korea,mainly to the scale of cultural industry and the structure of cultural industry,then,through revealed comparative advantage index,trade competitive index to compare China and Korea's cultural industry.Analsying the impact of China-South Korea FTA on China's cultural industry through qualitative analysis and using the trade gravity model,predicting the impact of China-South Korea FTA on China's culture industry,it concluded that China and South Korea FTA had no significant effect on China's cutural import,but it had significant effect on China's cultural export.Finally comprehensive above qualitative and quantitative research,analysising the current problems of China's cultural industry,then puting forward related suggestions.
