The study is on the basis of the standardized questionnaires surveying 110 intermediate students' listening fatigue characteristics,the influence factors characteristics of listening fatigue,as well as the relationship between listening fatigue and the influence factors of listening fatigue.Main results for this study are as follows:Intermediate students listening fatigue phenomenon do exist,most students feel the moderate listening fatigue.The mental fatigue is the most obvious,the second is physical fatigue,and the third is psychological fatigue.In the process of listening teaching,intermediate students listening fatigue is heaviest when they take the listening class,it is heavier after the listening class and it is lightest before the listening class.In the process of listening comprehension,intermediate students listening fatigue is heaviest at the stage of listening sensing,it is heavier at the stage of listening using and it is lightest at the stage of listening analysis.The listening material factors have the greatest impact on listening fatigue,the second is the listening external factors,and the third is listening teaching factors.There are significant differences in the gender,personality,whether it is ethnic Chinese,interest in Chinese listening,the motivation of learning Chinese of intermediate students' listening fatigue characteristics and the influence factors characteristics of listening fatigue.The intermediate students' listening fatigue and listening material factors ?listening teaching factors?listening external factors were significantly correlated.Students' listening fatigue and listening material factors have the greatest correlation,the correlation between students' listening fatigue and listening teaching factors is second,the correlation between students' listening fatigue and listening external factors is third.Listening material factors and listening teaching factors can predict 60.6% of the foreign students' listening fatigue.
