With the development of social economy,mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy,knowledge means that competitive power and wealth.The coming of knowledge economy era requires us to promote the production,spread and obtain of knowledge through many ways,enterprises and organizations pay more and more attention to knowledge management,and knowledge sharing is an important stage in knowledge management.The research on knowledge sharing is very rich,however,cause the researchers focus on different perspectives and different research purposes,the definition of knowledge sharing is not the same.About the factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior of employees,from the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of exploration on situation of organization,interpersonal and team characteristics,cultural characteristics and so on.In this study,the researcher used 154 college students as the research samples,ex plored the influence of personality traits(Neuroticism,Extraversion and Conscientiousness)on knowledge sharing,and respectively discussed the moderating effect of status between them.On the social exchange theory and the knowledge market perspective a s guidance to establish the theoretical model of this study,and use the method of experimental and questionnaire to collect data,and then using SPSS and Amos statistics software for data analysis,including analysis of variance,test,reliability and validity of correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.Therefore,this study the following conclusions:(1)Knowledge sharing does not exist significant differences in demographic variables of gender,namely men and women have no difference in knowledge sharing behavior.Knowledge sharing and self-efficacy are significant positive correlated,namely the stronger the self-efficacy the more knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing and cooperation motivation are significant positive correlated,namely the stronger the cooperation motivation the more knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing and reciprocity motivation are significant positive correlated,namely the stronger the reciprocity motivation the more knowledge sharing.(2)Neuroticism and conscientiousness both have significant influence on knowledge sharing,the neuroticism has a significant negative influence on knowledge sharing,namely the higher the neuroticism score,the less knowledge sharing.Conscientiousness has a significant positive influence on knowledge sharing,namely,the higher the conscientiousness score,the more knowledge sharing.However,extroversion has no significant impact on knowledge sharing.(3)The status has signific antly moderating effect on the relationship between neuroticism and knowledge sharing.In other word,the main effect would be stronger when the moderator was high.The status has no significantly moderating effect on the relationship between conscien-tiousness and knowledge sharing.This study analyzes the knowledge sharing from individual and organizational level and focus on the internal factors behind the knowledge sharing behavior.Finally,the results of this research has carried on the theoretical and practical significance to discusses,and put forward the corresponding management inspirations.
