Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China.It mainly cultivates “applied” and “technical” talents.Higher vocational preschool education is aimed to train qualified kindergarten teachers and creative talents,who must master the basic theory,basic knowledge and professional skills of the preschool education and should have the practice ability in kindergarten teaching and innovation ability.The piano lesson is a professional skill class that students must master.In recent years,with the increasing demands for kindergarten teachers in society and the continuous enrollment of preschool education in higher vocational education,piano teaching has been brought some pressure.At present,most piano teaching still uses the traditional teaching model,which leads to students' lower enthusiasm and lack of the ability of active learning and autonomous exploration,so the classroom efficiency is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,it is an important subject about how to change the current situation and stimulate students' learning interest and initiative,which is worth further studying for the professional piano teachers in preschool education.Cooperative learning,dated from America in 1970 s,is a teaching organizational form based on the heterogeneous learning group,which makes full use of the interaction between the dynamic factors of teaching,promotes students to communicate with each other and learn together and with the group scores as evaluation standard to reach the goal of teaching.It is known as “the most important and successful teaching reform in the past few decades”.Adopting literature analysis,questionnaire,interviews and other methods,this thesis took Yuncheng Preschool Education College as an example to study the current piano teaching and learning situations of preschool education major in higher vocational education.The author puts forward the feasibility of applying cooperative learning in piano teaching.Meanwhile,combining the actual application with the summary of cooperative learning effectiveness by investigation and interview,the author also raises several problems about cooperative learning in practical class application,and comes up with corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from training the students' cooperative skills,assigning the team roles reasonably,improving the teachers' own quality,perfecting the teaching evaluations.This thesis hopes to improve the present piano teaching and learning situations,stimulate students' learning interests and enthusiasm,improve the teaching quality and teaching effect in the major of higher vocational preschool education.It also pays a positive role in guiding the piano teaching reform of preschool education major in the similar higher vocational colleges.
