As the information technology and the rapid development of mobile terminals,people's social and mobile network between the increasingly close contact,so WeChat came into being.Since 2011,the occupation of a large number of mobile communications market share,has become the largest user groups in China instant messaging software.And WeChat friends circle is one of the characteristics of WeChat,to provide users with a sharing channel to strengthen the communication between users,but also to a certain extent,to meet the user's social needs;the other hand,the student community for mobile social The use of the media in size and frequency are on the rise.Therefore,it is necessary to WeChat friends circle user experience in-depth study.In this study,we study the domain of WeChat friends as the main research field,from the theoretical and empirical aspects of the study,the college students in this special group as a research object.The theoretical part of this research is mainly based on Sascha Mahlke's user experience research model and Davis's technology acceptance model,and explores the theoretical model that affects the user experience of WeChat friends,and prepares for the follow-up study.The empirical study is conducted in two parts.The first part of the previous user experience in the study of the classic scale to amend the revised scale in the WeChat friends in the letter of a good degree of reliability.In the second part,a questionnaire survey of 820 college students in Shaanxi Normal University was conducted by using the revised microblogging friend circle user experience scale to explore the mediating role of emotional perception between perceived usefulness and perceived fun and user experience.The results show:(1)Perceptual usefulness,perceived fun,emotional ease of use and emotional perception are significantly positively correlated with the user experience of WeChat friends circle.High social value,a pleasant experience,easy to learn the operation of the user experience is the basis of protection.Users in the use of WeChat friends circle will be the first to pay attention to them,if in line with expectations,users have a higher degree of emotional perception,WeChat friends circle of user experience satisfaction will also increase.(2)emotional perception in the perception of usefulness,perception of interest and user experience in the relationship between the role of some intermediary.The perceived usefulness,the higher the perceived interest score,the higher the degree of emotional perception,and the corresponding increase in user experience.(3)In demographic variables,gender has a significant impact on the user experience.Improve the user experience of the male user by improving the perceived interest and emotional perception of the WeChat friend circle,and the female user needs to improve the user experience by improving the perceived usefulness of the WeChat friend circle.
