Students in boarding middle schools depend highly on the school environment and they are easy to cause poor perception to their learning environment.Middle school students are in the crucial stage of the physical and mental development.They can smoothly go through the adolescence which is easy to cause complex emotions,cultivate a positive and healthy mentality and form a condition with good psychological health.They not only rely on the educational teaching activities in the schools,but also depend on the psychological support to the students themselves provided by the school environment.How should the public boarding middle schools guide students to develop and improve their school environment perception and mental health level has also become difficult issues in the educational teaching activities.The studies on the relationship between students' school environment perception and their psychological health as well as the exploration and intervention of the educational activity methods of students' school environment perception can not only enrich school environment perception but also effectively improve students' school environment perception to let them better adapt to the life in boarding schools.The thesis investigated 1059 students in Xi'an middle school in Shanxi province and Xi'an Jingkai No.1 middle school,which is a public boarding middle school under the custody of Xi'an middle school in Shanxi province.The thesis examines the relationship between school environment perception and psychological health in boarding middle schools by using the combination of literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,and factor analysis method and behavior intervention method.At the same time,it tries to improve students' school environment perception with the aid of behavior intervention and explore the group intervention activities which can be implemented by schools.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained.1."School Environment Perception Scale" revised by the study takes the boarding middle school students as the research objects,conforms to the requirements of psychometrics and has good reliability and validity.Therefore,it can be used as a measurement of school environment perception scale of boarding middle school students.2.The school environment perception of boarding middle school students do not have significant differences on the four levels including gender,weekend living ways,family living conditions and family living areas.3.The school environment perception of boarding middle school students has a significantly positive correlation with students' grade.In other words,students with higher grade may have lower scores of school environment perception.Besides,The school environment perception of boarding middle school students also has significantly positive correlation with family living conditions and the graduated school environment perception(hardware conditions and the interaction between teachers and students).That is to say,students who are more satisfied with these aspects may get higher scores of school environment perception;students who are less satisfied with these aspects may get lower scores of school environment perception.4.The school environment perception of boarding middle school students has significantly negative correlation with the total scores of the psychological health tests.Students who have higher scores in school environment perception may have lower total scores in the psychological health tests.As the question ways of middle school students'psychological health tests are reverse questions,the evaluation standard is that students with higher scores may have more serious psychological problems and lower psychological health level.Therefore,the significantly negative correlation between the school environment perception and the psychological health tests can show that there is positive correlation between school environment perception of boarding middle school students and their psychological health.5.Boarding middle school students' school environment perception scores can negatively predict the psychological health test scores.6.The four behavior interventions of the "experiential educational activities" to improve students school environment perception level contain students' participation perception of restaurant environment,students' participation perception of dormitory environment,students' participation perception of school disciplines and rules and students' participation perception of classroom atmosphere and teacher-student relationship.All these activities can improve students' school environment perception level to some extent.Therefore,they are effective behavior intervention activities which can be used by public boarding middle schools as an education mode to improve students' school environment perception.
