With the rapid development of economy, the development of government reform, construction of rapid advance of urbanization, high school are moved to new town in some counties, to improve schooling conditions and the present situation of the make up for a lack of high-quality teachers, adopt boarding model to improve graduation rates at the same time, however three years of high school is the most important stage in life, is a turning point in life, is related to the development of the teenagers in the future life, as a result of the exam-oriented education baton, in many cases, we only concerned about the academic performance of high school students, they ignore the psychological development and education, and mental health is also one of the important factors that affect a person success or failure, but in terms of the present stage, survey of boarding high school students mental health is not much, related research material is scarce, so this article to boarding high school students as the research object, explore their mental health status and clarify the relevant factors that affect mental health, to boarding high school mental health education activities to provide theoretical support and guidance, nurture mental health development t of boarding high school students.This paper investigate mental health of 343 students (girl:199, boy:144) of the boarding high school in Haimen county of Jiangsu Province by questionnaire, through the collection of data with the later data processing.In the following passage,we draw several conclusions:(1)Boarding high school students the psychological problems of detection rate was 60.9%, including emotional imbalance, anxiety, learning pressure three factor greater than 2 points detection rate of over 70%, forcing symptoms is 81.4%, and total score of mental health and related dimension scores were significantly higher than domestic norm of the level of the same age stage.(2)The boarding high school student’s psychological health level on some demographic variables have significant difference:boarding high school students in mental health score and each factor score is significantly higher than the boarding high school students; Have experience psychological help of boarding high school students scored significantly lower than in maladjustment and interpersonal no psychological experience of high school students for help.(3)Lodging and boarding high school students in dealing with the efficiency of the total score and the competence, degree of confidence of two significant differences factor, which is significantly better than the former. Boarding high school students in the operational effectiveness of different sex statistically difference on the dimension of the level of confidence, girls scored significantly lower than boys.(4)Boarding high school students psychological help attitude has significant differences in gender dimension, girls score was significantly better than boys, especially on stigma and open two factors; Psychological help experience of boarding high school students in psychological help attitude score and four related factor score significantly higher than that without the experience of boarding high school students; Boarding high school students attitude of operational effectiveness and psychological help can significantly predict their mental health.Finally, according to the status of the mental health of boarding senior high school students, we put forward the relevant educational countermeasures.
