Recently,with the development of econymy and peple's living standard,people are not only long for material needs,but turn their eyes to spiritual pursuits.So,the commercial space has became the main space where people buy consumer goods,of which the window display is the primary menas as well as the core that depends enterprise whether can seize consumer and oppotunity.In the 21 th century,female cunsumer have becoming the major force in consumer group.On basic necessities of life,female invest on clothing far outweigh the other aspects,and the reason of this phenomenon is not separable from the female's persuit of liberalism.Firstly,since China's reform and opening up,famales' status has been improving,women have gradually moved out of their traditional role as wife and mother.,and more focus on their own development rather than bound by family.They would please themselves by buying clothes,being more confident by dressing themselves.Secondly,women are playing more and more important role in society,so they need more different consumers to match for different occasions,for instance,the business suits for work,the dress for party,the sport suits for exercise and so on.To a large extent,consumer window display should be women-centred,as long as understanding and catering their aesthetic taste,the enterprise can take the advantage in the business competition.Thus according to the female consumers' taste,designing the clothing windows that suit women's aesthetics is a huge task for clothing window display.In view of the important role that females' consumer psychology play inclothing window display,this thesis analyzes the aesthetic connotation of clothing window display from the perspective of females' consumer psychology,which means a lot to develop our country's clothing window design and act it on international convention.Based on females' consumer psychology and behavior,my eaasay analyzes the attractiveness of different kinds and styles of clothing windows generated to women,and hoe clothing window design apply women's consumer psychology masterly to create window display.By analyzing foreign excellent window case,aiming at the problems existing in the present domestic clothing window display,puts forward corresponding solutions.From the window visual color,lighting,props,background and other design elements,based on the female consumer behavior and characteristics,to sum up the aesthetic connotation of clothing window display.This paper has certain academic significance and practical guidance value.In the future of China's window display design,we need to continue to explore and innovate.Through the analysis of the aesthetic connotation of the clothing window design from the perspective of female psychology,the paper gets the following conclusions: the basis of the clothing window display design is the purpose of marketin,arranging the window display space with the deisgn method of aesthetics and attracting consumers to increase the probability of purchase is the ultimate aim of clothing window display.
