Balance Between Quality,time And Labor Cost Management In Team-based Translation

With the increasing demand of translation and the translation process becoming more complex,team-based translation model has become an ideal choice for translation projects featuring large workload and short time limit.Since translation has become teamwork,the proper management is the key to ensuring the quality and efficiency,of which the quality,time and labor cost management are three vital factors.Therefore,every translation team should give priority to working out a balance strategy to optimize the quality,time and labor cost management.This paper is intended to study different project management strategies adopted in a translation projects regarding textbooks of physical education and quantify the key data of each in terms of quality,time management and labor costs.And by means of horizontal comparison,this paper is expected to work out optimized balance strategies of quality,time and labor cost management.
