A Translation Report On China's Diplomatic View On Energy,Environment And Climate Under The Translation Project Management

With the sustainable development of the society,the energy,environment and climate change have become the significant issues of the world's economic development,social development and people's well-being.China's Diplomatic View on the Energy,Environment and Climate mainly introduces China's diplomatic objectives,connotations and influences on energy,environment and climate,and explores the solutions and measures in China.It studies the causes and evidences of energy,environment and climate problems in a global,comprehensive and scientific way.Nowadays,the Belt and Road Initiative has provided China with an international platform by which China can establish closer relationships with other countries.And China is able to build up a large and responsible image in the International Community by introducing China's policies and measures to more countries.All of these are the meanings of this translation project.This translation report divides the translation process into four phases including project start-up phase,planning phase,implementation phase and closeout phase by applying the theory of translation project management.The first chapter analyzes the contents,language features of the source text and the theory of project management.The second chapter is the main body of this report,and it focuses on the four stages of translation process including project start-up phase,planning phase,implementation phase and closeout phase on the basis of the 11^th chapter of the source text and team's cooperative activities.In particular,the term management,translation quality and schedule management are the key elements during the implementation phase.The third part has a conclusion on translation process,find the problems and provide the corresponding solutions.The last part is the conclusion part on the whole translation project management based on the translation process.With the guidance of translation project management method,this translation report emphasizes the the term management,translation quality and schedule management during the translation process to explore a set of translation project management process to improve the translation efficiency and quality.
