Interpreting practice tends to focus on the areas of politics, economy and life where the "common sense" information is more intensive. There is no obvious asymmetry in the background information base between the speaker and the audience.Asymmetric information refers to the phenomenon of information asymmetry,The intended audience of the interpreter does not fully(or substantially completely)have the academic background needed to understand the present academic report. At the same time,as the sender of information, the speaker is naturally familiar with this part of the background. This situation often leads to the understanding of the whole discourse between the two, especially for the ability to understand some specific sentences. This description is also described in Chapter 1 The phenomenon. Therefore, when interpreting and summarizing the case, translators tend to pay more attention to how to ensure that the source language and the target language are more compatible and corresponding. This way of thinking is equivalent to unilaterally guaranteeing the information output / transmission effect on the speaker side, but relatively ignoring the other factor that affects the content transmission effect in the actual communication process-the information input / communication effect on the listener side. The present thesis takes the case study of on-the-spot interpretation of academic reports as an entry point and explores other considerations beyond the "fit" of the mechanics of content in the context of the present case when the translator actually handles the target language: for the speaker and the audience The background information base between the obvious asymmetric part of the source language, how to better achieve the content delivery and communication. In achieving the above objectives, translators mainly consider two major standards of target language: "language conciseness" and "content richness".The final strategy is the result of checks and balances between the two standards.Afterwards, this article through concrete example and analyzes one by one, proves the interpreter translating process in the translator, after making the above-mentioned consideration to make the specific target language processing strategy. In order to ensure that the amount of valid information received by the listener side is as close as possible to the amount of information output by the spokesman, the translator takes part of the translated language by way of adding a core logical chain.Specific strategies include adding phrases, clauses,or specific pronouns in the source language in the output target language. In this way,by partially adding the background information of the target language processing strategy,to a certain extent,to ensure the rich content of the actual communication. At the same time,in order not to violate the simplicity of the target language, translators are extremely cautious when adding them. The added speech units are as concise as possible. Thus, translators in the field of interpreter communication process, taking into account the "content richness" and "language conciseness."However,at the expense of "language conciseness" and "unauthorized" enrichment of content at the expense of interpreters, does it violate the professional ethics of translators due to the(partial)content of the changed source language? This dissertation also makes the same rethinking and argumentation on the questioning that it is reasonable and appropriate to add part of the background information that is not in the source language under the circumstance that the background information database between the speaker and listener is obviously asymmetric,System "(Even-Zohar,1990: 11: 1).If the dynamic and systematic viewpoint takes care of this process,we will be able to seize the most important contradiction in the communicative process of this interpreter-the listeners can not be understood due to the obvious asymmetry between the speaker and the audience's background information database.Contradictions between the audience and the audience can not enrich their own background information library within a short time at the interpreter site. Therefore, looking at the tactics used by translators in the case from a methodological point of view is a good way to grasp the major contradictions.Practice indeed confirmed that the adoption of the above strategy to ensure the actual communicative effect. To sum up,in the specific cases discussed in this article, the translator,in the face of the obvious asymmetry of the background information base of the speaker and the audience, chose to add to the target language by measuring "language indirectness" and "content richness" The core logic chain strategy is more feasible target language processing strategy.
