Those social phenomena,undoubtedly,catch the public's eyes and drive them to pay attention to the social morality.On the period of social transformation,the change of the social structure caused the phenomenon of the value diversification.Everyone has to take their own benefits into consideration when they are confronted with moral choice.Therefore,the phenomenon that individual behavior does not accord with the social requirement appears.The reason for those phenomena is the missing of the moral identity.Thus,on the period of social transformation,those moral issue forced us to pay high attention to the study of moral identity.The first part introduces the social and theoretical background and the significance of the paper as well as the research status about moral identity and schema.Moral issues caused by the change of the social structure forces us to pay attention to the moral situation.One of the moral issues is the lack of moral identity.The more prominent the moral issues become,the more urgent the study of moral identity is.Social cognitive theory is one of the mainstream paradigm and the schema is the new achievement of the theory.Thus the analysis of the moral identity from the perspective of schema become the new trend in academic circles.Though the information about moral identity and schema is rich,the study about the relation between them is rare.Thus,this paper tries to analyze the moral identity from the viewpoint of schema on the base of the previous study.This paper tries to make a brief introduction about moral identity with the integrity of moral self-identity and social identity.Moral self-identity means the self-orientation in morality,and the social identity emphasizes on the selection of the external values.Thus,the moral social identity has been at dynamic state.The reason why the study of the moral identity rises lies in the disunity of cognition and practice caused by Piaget and Kohlberg's research which highlights the moral cognition and ignores the moral behavior.Thus the purpose of moral identity is that the individual could reach a consensus with external rule in emotion and behavior subjectivity?dynamics?procedure?behavior-orientation and sociality are five characters of moral identity based on schema.Then,this paper tries to analyze moral identity from the viewpoint of schema based on the social cognitive theory.The social cognitive theory,which regard individual and individual's activity as the object of research,is defined as the cognitive style about the external world.The theory involves the information process.The schema based on the theory is defined as the complicated cognitive structure including the impression and attitude toward others.The forming process of the schema is the same as to the information process,namely,the social cognition,the social impression and social judgement.And moral identity based on schema can be defined as the moral self-schema organized around moral element.The forming of moral identity also experiences the moral cognition,the moral impression and the moral judgement.The situation dependent,foreseeability,variation,dynamics and practicalness are five characters of moral identity.The forth part tried to analyze the practical value of moral identity.As for the relation between moral identity and moral behavior,they influence each other,and the former play an important role in the latter.Then,the paper would summarize the enlightenment for moral education.The forming process of moral identity rely on the practical activity,thus,the individual should be encouraged to take part in the social activity instead of the moral preach.The moral identity cultivated through the social activity drove individual act according to the moral rule.The last part was the conclusion of this paper which described the some thoughts when prepared for the paper...
