"The Magic Flute" is one of Mozart's greatest operas, whatever its structure, theme, characterization, relationships between the characters,or emotional expressions.Based on the background, plot, and the analysis of the character "Queen of the Night",it is obvious that "The Magic Flute" sticks to the artistic style, which not only valves music but stays close to the plot, being a milestone in the history of operas all over the world. The characterization of the villain "Queen of the Night" is quite typical and dramatic. Two arias of "Queen of the Night","Don't Be Afraid,My Dear Child" and "My Heart Is Flaming with the Fire of Revenge",ranking in the greatest coloratura soprano arias in the world, are the typical coloratura soprano arias in Mozart's operas. On the detailed analysis of the singing skills of the two pieces of aria, this thesis discusses the singing style of Mozart's coloratura soprano, explores the use of coloratura technique in the work, and puts forward the points of attention while singing and the training methods.Skills serve for the sake of art.Only on the basis of the overall command of the opera plot before the use of the coloratura skills, can the operas be bestowed with the impressive artistic charm.
