With the emphasis on vocational education,the secondary vocational schools have greatly improved the size and number of students.However,these students(hereinafter referred to as "middle school students")are becoming more and more aware of the phenomenon of peer conflict caused by emotional out of control,How to deal with peer conflict is a compulsory course for every student.With the increasing concern of EQ,the relationship between emotion and conflict resolution strategy is more and more sought after by academia.The emotion will affect the settlement of conflict and actively resolve the conflict.It also helps the students to form good interpersonal relationship and improve the individual Social development level.Therefore,this study aims to assess the impact of different emotional state,deliberate emotion regulation and automatic emotion regulation on the conflict resolution strategy of secondary vocational students from the perspectives of emotion and emotional regulation in view of the conflict between middle school students and students.The first study is that vocational school students in different emotional state how to select the conflict resolution strategy.The independent variables are emotional state,which includes three levels that are happy,calm(control group)and anger.The dependent variable is the eight scenarios of the conflict strategy choice.In the second part,the influence of deliberate emotion regulation on the conflict resolution strategy of secondary vocational school students was discussed through the guidance language.The independent variables are five kinds of deliberate emotion regulation:evaluation emphasis,evaluation neglect,expression catharsis,expression suppression and simple viewing(control group).The dependent variable is the choice of conflict strategy in eight situations.In the third study,the influence of implicit mood adjustment on the conflict resolution strategy of secondary vocational school students was investigated after the automatic emotion regulation was induced.The independent variables are five kinds of automatic emotion regulation,namely,evaluation emphasis,evaluation neglect,expression catharsis,expression suppression and simple viewing(control group).The dependent variable is the choice of the conflict strategy in eight situations.From the eperimental results,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Emotional state will affect the choice of conflict resolution strategy.Individuals are more inclined to make competitive and obedient choice under anger mood,and tend to make a strategic choice in a happy mood.(2)Deliberate emotion regulation have a significant impact on the choice of cooperation,compliance and avoidance strategies.Among them,the individual's tendency to make cooperative strategies under the deliberate emotion regulation of facial expression and expression suppression,and the tactical choice of obedience and avoidance in the evaluation of neglected deliberate emotion regulation.(3)Automatic emotion regulation have a significant impact on the choice of cooperation and compliance strategies.Individuals tend to make a strategic choice of cooperation under the automatic emotion regulation of expression and expression suppression,and tend to make a choice of obedience under the evaluation of neglected automatic emotion regulation.
