Peer conflict refers to the repulsion and invasion appear in the process of interaction between individuals from the same age, and this is an essential part in the process of socialization of junior high school students. Positive conflict resolution is beneficial to junior middle school students to have a good interpersonal relationship, and also good to students to learn social skills and enhance their social adaptability. Conflict will often cause negative emotions to prevent the conflict resolution, and meanwhile, emotion is also one of the important factors to influence the conflicts resolution strategy between peers. This thesis will start from emotion and the emotion regulation strategy, and use the method of empirical study to discuss the influence of resolution strategy on peer conflicts resolution strategy. The purpose of the thesis is to confirm the effects of emotional factors on the company strategy, and to diversify the research of affecting factors of conflict resolution strategy, and provide some guidances for school education work. This research can help to reduce the happening of conflicts in schools and facilitate the socialization of students. This research aimed at some common peer conflict problems of junior school students, and use the task list of conflicts resolution strategy which is design by the researcher to make a experimental study to330junior high school students in grade one. The researcher examined the different emotions and emotion regulation strategies under happiness and anger emotions.The first research aims to study the influence of happiness, anger, peace to peer conflicts resolution strategy. The result shows that the data of the happiness and peace group and the anger and peace group have a significant difference, and the boys’happy emotion score is higher than girls, and have a significant difference. The influence of emotional experience is significant on competing, and the score is higher under anger emotion.The second research aims to study the influence of regulation strategy to peer conflicts resolution strategy. The result shows, the score of the testees who adopted cognitive reappraisal strategy is lower than the testees who adopted simple watch strategy and expressive suppression strategy, and have a significant difference. The use of emotion regulation strategy has a significant difference to the choose of peer conflicts resolution strategy.The third research aims to study the influence of peer conflicts resolution strategy of emotion regulation strategy. The result shows that the influence of emotion regulation strategy is significant than peer conflicts resolution strategy, and the testees are more tend to choose accommodating and the significant is difference.This research have the following conclusions:l,the method of use movies can better induce the corresponding emotional experience of testees.2, the emotion induce effect has gender differences, boys are more likely to feel the happy experience than girls.3, the inhibiting effect of emotion regulation strategy have a significant difference.4, the highest frequence use strategy is compromising strategy in grade one junior high school students.5, different genders have different effects on peer conflict resolution strategy, boys tend to choose competition strategy more than girls.6, emotion has significant influence on the choose of peer conflicts resolution strategy.7, The use time of emotion regulation strategy have influence on peer conflicts resolution strategy.8, under different emotion regulation strategies, control the conflict before conflict happens, cognitive ree valuation emotion regulation strategy would lead to the participant choose to avoid conflict resolution strategy.9, The influence of self-interest level on peer conflict resolution strategy is bigger under happiness emotion, and the influence is bigger on girls. The testees will choose a positive conflict resolution strategy under low self involve level.
