The Research On Countermeasure Of Chinese Animation Industry Upgrading From The Perspective Of International Trade Of Animation Product

Since the 1990s,the animation industry has been developing quickly and has become an important kind of the culture creative industry all over the world,which is known as the"swan who can lay gold eggs".And it has become a new economic growth point of the United States,Japan,Europe,South Korea and most countries.Because the Animation industry could not only promote the further development of the related industry in a new form,but also is one of the important pillar industry of national economy.Since 2004,the relevant government agencies have had issued series of policies to encourage the development of Chinese animation industry.And then animation companies have sprung up in China.And then the Chinese animation industry develops rapidly with the help of "Policy Dividends",which makes up for the lack of Chinese animation industry market and injects fresh blood into the development of Chinese animation industry.The Chinese animation production capacity of 2010 has exceeded Japan.However,as a late-development country of animation industry,China faces the "Double Vicious Ring" seriously,and its international competitiveness is not obvious.Based on these,after reviewing the International Trade Theory of Animation Products and the Upgrading Theory of Animation Industry,this study combines the History of World International Animation and the development situation of Chinese animation industry,and then analyzes the three major factors that affects the upgrading of China's animation industry(input and output capability of basic resources,internationalization capability,and degree of policy support)in details.And next according to the Catastrophe Progression Method,this thesis builds the Upgrading Capability Evaluation System of Animation Industry and then calculates the upgrading capability index of animation industry.Through comparing the upgrading capability index of Chinese animation industry and other countries,this thesis finds out that the main obstacles to China's animation industry to upgrade.After that,this thesis puts forward "the Upgrading Mode of Chinese Animation Industry from the Perspective of International Trade",and sets up some concrete suggestions of countermeasures from enterprises aspect,industry aspect and policy aspect.There are some main research conclusions.On the whole,China's animation industry has strong capability to upgrade.But from the data analysis results,there are some obvious shortcomings in the internationalization process and industry policy support,compared with developed countries.And input and output of basic resources is better.Drawing lessons from the History of the World Animation and considering the actual situation faced by China's animation industry,the upgrading of China's animation industry should depend on the international market,which means China's animation should unswervingly implement the international trade of animation products(for survival),and then return to the domestic market for the realization of industrial upgrading.
