Research On The Development Of The Animation Industry In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,especially after entering the 21 st century,the animation industry,as one of the emerging creative industries,due to its great potential for development,less resource consumption,less environmental pollution and other advantages,has gradually developed into a backbone of the creative industries,is taken as one of the most important industries in stimulating economic growth in many countries and regions around the world.Heilongjiang Province,as an old brand resource-based province,in the process of realizing the transformation of economic restructuring,at the same time of transforming the traditional resource consumption industry,whether can develop strategic emerging industries or not,is one of the most important determinant of whether can go on the road of sustainable development and realize the rejuvenation.In the past several years,Heilongjiang Province has issued a series of public policies to support the development of the animation industry.Under the promotion of these support policies,the animation industry in Heilongjiang Province has been through a healthy and orderly development,and made some dazzling achievements.But at the same time,there are some deficiencies in the public policies,some of them are caused by the unapplicable to the rapid development of the animation industry,some of them are caused by the imperfect places of itself.The following five years of the “13th Five-years Plan”,is the very important and critical period of seizing the opportunities of development to the animation industry of Heilongjiang Province.So,how to further improve the development of animation industry for ours,is an urgent problem to solve.This article uses the literature research method,the analysis comparison method,the spot investigation method and so on,start with the research on the basic acknowledgment of the animation industry and its development policies,summarizing and inducing the overall operation of the development policies.On this basis,do a multidimension analysis of the development policies.Through the analysis of classical modes of animation industry development policies home and abroad,obtain the lessons that can be used by Heilongjiang Province.From five aspects,that is to increase the systermaticness and harmony of the policies,enlarge the support of policies,perfect the policies of cultivating the animation industry chain,support the industrial base to become bigger and stronger,perfect the policies of training personnel,providing feasible suggestions in order to improve the public policies of the development of the animation industry in Heilongjiang Province.
