Evaluation And Regional Distribution Of Chinese Animation Industry Development Under The Background Of Globalization

In recent years, the development of animation industry in our country has been the national and social support, industrial development of the social environment is becoming more and more good, animation industry output value has grown rapidly, from 117 billion yuan in 2005 to 2015 rose to 113.1 billion yuan, gradually formed the scale of the development of the industry, development space is huge. The animation industry with the characteristics such as high investment, high profit, high risk, grow fast, persistent and strong explosive, correlation exists, the resource consumption, low energy consumption, no pollution of the industrial advantages. So there is a broad space for development, known as "the sunrise industry of the 21 st century", in the future development. Now, the world has become the pattern of "three step" animation industry, the United States, Japan, Korea and Europe countries become ranked the forefront of the global animation industry countries. Under the trend of global industry integration and international division of labor and specialization, the animation industry of our country is bound to affected by the animation industry and the globalization of production relations, can not be completely, and long-term attachment in the development of a national policy to support the domestic situation.This paper is based on historical induction and logical deduction method to do the qualitative analysis of the industrial structure, development mode, the development of animation industry in our country. At the same time, the comparative analysis of the animation industry in developed countries is also showed in the industrial, commercial operation mode, development mode, advantage, in order to provide experience for the development of domestic animation industry. Again, this paper based on the Porter "Diamond Model", combined with the development features of Chinese animation industry, from production factors, demand conditions, support industry, government and enterprise strategy five aspects, 36 indicators were selected, and evaluation index system of the status quo of China’s animation industry was established. Using the mean variance weight method of the status quo of China’s animation industry were quantitative analysis and evaluation: Guangdong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong has become the Chinese animation industry development comprehensive strength ranked the forefront of the area, the province(municipality directly under the central government) mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Sea region. And according to the evaluation results, we draw the Chinese cartoon industry development space distribution diagram, analysis of its geographical distribution: strength in the development of China’s animation industry from the eastern to the western region decreased gradually, central region and southwest in individual provinces in the development of better, the rest of the industry development environment is poor, industrial development is difficult. Among them, we have eastern coastal areas and two core cities like Beijing and Shanghai. In these cities, there is a good economic foundation, strong ability to innovate and strong demand for public consumption. Under the government’s guidance and support, these cities have large input and strong power, large numbers of enterprises are coming to the fore; become the precursor area of animation industry in our country. Finally, this paper will give the analysis on the part of the current development of China’s animation industry. Combining with the experience of foreign countries, countermeasures for the development of China’s animation industry will be put forward.
