During the senior period,the pressure of study is heavy,which brings a lot of negative effects.There are many factors that cause academic stress,such as social influence,school education,family edification and so on.All these factors not only bring students heavy academic pressure,but also make students have more negative emotions.Studies have shown that most high school students experience negative emotions mainly in depression.The purpose of this study is to understand the degree of negative emotional experience that music brings to students and to understand the moderating effect of music on negative emotions.This research has summarized and analyzed the domestic and foreign studies on the students through the music to regulate negative emotions,found that different factors will cause different negative emotions,and music for negative emotions of the regulatory role played a positive role,and finally enable students to more enjoyable learning.All along,the college entrance examination students are the main body of social,family and media attention,so this research takes high examinee as the starting point,discusses the different factors to cause the high examinee's academic pressure as well as the music to the academic pressure to cause the negative emotion function these two questions.Whether the music can be a good way to regulate the students ' bad mood,and reduce the students ' academic pressure,so that students can better put into the tension of learning.This study,referring to the previous questionnaires and related research results,conducted a survey of the negative emotions of music regulation in two high schools in Datong,Shanxi Province,and understood their academic stress.The results are as follows:1.According to the research,compared with the school factors,family factors,and their own factors,the social factors make the students with the highest academic pressure.2.Different factors have different effects on students ' academic stress,which leads to different degrees of negative emotional experience.The different aspects of social and school factors have a significant impact on the academic stress of high examinee,and the negative emotional experience brought by the social factor to the high examinee is the most serious among four factors.And the influence of all aspects of the family on the high examinee is the smallest,also is the experience bad mood weakest.3.The survey process has learned that the types of negative emotions that cause high candidates are largely concentrated in anxiety and depression.Studies have shown that students experience depression in high school.4.Music has a positive role in regulating people's emotions.Through the study,it is known that music has a profound and positive influence on negative emotions.
