Since the 90 s of last century,the development of computer digital technology and Internet technology has brought profound changes to people's life,not only changed people's way of life,but also affected people's way of thinking.Online music industry was born in such a background,in the Internet environment,online music with low cost,fast propagation speed and other advantages,conform to the development trend of today's cultural industry.At the beginning of the development of the online music industry,the free communication was the mainstay.Public and music rights holders generally did not pay attention to music copyright.In addition,due to lack of supervision in the country,for a long time there was many pirated music on the Internet and the public was accustomed to using music for free.The awareness of online digital music service started late in China.Since the beginning of digital music charging in 2013,Chinese digital online music business has gradually set up a payment model.However,our country's online music industry lacks a business model that is suitable for long-term development and is still at an exploratory stage.It is also difficult to make profits in the current charging mode.Chinese online music industry development problems,such as copyright issues,earnings difficulties,lack of mature business model,based on the theory of industrial value chain,through the methods of literature research,data analysis and interviews with practitioners and related enterprises,carried out a systematic discussion with industrial value chain perspective between history and status quo,the relationship between the composition of the industrial value chain and all aspects,and the business model.This article studies the specific problems existing in the online music industry business model under the industrial value chain,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures against the problems.
