Design And Implementation Of A New Music Copyright Protection System Based On Blockchain

At present,the material living standard and spiritual civilization of the Chinese people have been greatly improved,and the awareness of copyright has become increasingly strong.Based on the rapid development of the Internet,the number of works is explosive,but at the same time,copyright infringement of works also happens frequently.In order to protect the healthy development of the market,the problem of copyright protection began to get attention.Music works are an important part of the current content market,but the current domestic and foreign research on music copyright protection has low efficiency,high management cost,difficulty in safeguarding rights,data privacy leakage,single point of crisis,data security and other risks.Blockchain technology is an emerging technology with decentralized and tamperproof features.Some researches on the combination of blockchain and copyright protection have been carried out at home and abroad,but the problems of data separation and data confusion have not been solved.This thesis proposes a copyright license management scheme based on block chain technology and a music copyright protection model based on this scheme,which can effectively improve the efficiency of music copyright management,reduce the cost of copyright management and rights protection,and guarantee the data security and uniformity of music copyright.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.A digital license management scheme based on block chain technology is proposed for copyright protection.The scheme applies the non-homogeneous digital license in the current block chain technology research to copyright management for the first time,which can guarantee the security and uniformity of relevant data in the copyright management process.The scheme design is divided into the following parts :(1)the structure of the copyright digital license management scheme;(2)design of copyright management in the scheme;(3)attribute design of the copyright digital pass;(4)intelligent contract design of the scheme;(5)program flow design.2.A music copyright protection system model is designed according to the particularity of music works on the basis of copyright digital access management scheme.The design part of the model will be based on the different functional levels of the model,such as the confirmation of copyright and copyright security management.The following parts are introduced :(1)system model architecture;(2)the credibility confirmation right of the system;(3)music copyright management;(4)detailed process of the system;(5)security and credibility analysis.3.The system of music copyright protection is realized.This thesis mainly introduces the realization of the main functions of the system,and sets up the test environment.
