Research On The Construction Of Wenzhou Literary And Artistic Talents Team

From the main idea in this paper,the team construction of artistic talents is the key to enhance the soft power of a city.In the construction of cultural development and prosperity,as a major force,the team of artistic talents is irreplaceable.At present,there is little research on artistic talent in China.Most of the literature on artistic talents is journal articles which just analyze on the work summary and experience introduction.Based on the actual situation of Wenzhou artistic talent team,and the personal work experience of Wenzhou federation of literary and art circles for many years,based on the case study and comprehensive investigation such as the visiting in Wenzhou artist,symposiums and questionnaires,based on the field visit in the federations of literary and artistic circle in many cities such as Shenzhen,Suzhou,Ningbo,and Shaoxing,this paper analyzes the basic situation,the main measures and main problems of the artistic talent team in Wenzhou.This paper aims to find out the basis situation of literature and artists in Wenzhou and try to master the new situation and new problems of the municipal federation of literary and art circles and art work,to provide the party committee and government department with the new countermeasures for the development of literature and art and the cultivation of artistic talents.There is a long way to go for the construction of the Wenzhou literary and artistic talent team.Its development model deserves the continuing attention,active discussion and deep research in the society.
