A Case Study Of The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In The Longquan Distrct Of Chengdu

Regional public culture system to a certain extent,affect the overall quality of regional construction,but also affect the domestic public cultural development road of the future,in this regard,the local government in the construction of public cultural service system,to reasonably integrate regional resources,strengthen the construction of local cultural resources,and meet the cultural needs of the people,using scientific and reasonable method to re positioning,integration of various resources on the relationship between domestic economic and cultural development,the development of the comprehensive competitiveness of domestic late is very favorable.Taking Longquanyi district as the case study,this paper focuses on the construction of public cultural service in this area in recent years.In the process of using a variety of methods,through the theory at home and abroad,combining,and problems and the present situation of Longquanyi area of qualitative study,and summarizes the construction of Longquanyi public cultural service system in the social significance,and the next development goals and the existing problems and shortcomings,provides the corresponding improvement programs.In addition to trying to get the results of theoretical research,this paper also hopes to get practical research results.In the research content,the paper introduces the conventional way,Longquanyi District in the public service system in the construction practice of the main achievements and development,explore the impact of the core elements of regional public cultural construction,the main contents include: first,build the core brand culture region;second,the formation of high quality of public cultural team;third,accurate the definition of local government functions.at last,the author think seriously about the construction of domestic public service system in the real situation,and that the research on the construction of Longquanyi area of public cultural service system has a positive significance to the construction of other regions in China,and summarizes the region in the process of building public culture service system experience.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support for the construction of public cultural service system in Sichuan and other regions in china.
