With the wider support of the “Belt and Road” Initiative,China has now exchanged more and more frequently with the countries along the land and maritime Silk Roads,with which China pays special attention to bilateral cooperation and communications.After research of the current situation of agricultural cultivation of Mekong countries,Ministry of Commerce required Department of Commerce of Hainan Province as the organizer for the Training Course on High-Yield Agricultural Cultivation Techniques for Mekong Countries.The interpreting for such a training course will help strengthen the mutual communication and cooperation between China and relevant countries.This report takes the writer's interpreting experience of 2017 Training Course on High-Yield Agricultural Cultivation Techniques for Mekong Countries as the main material.Typical cases of these are selected and analyzed.Most importantly,considerations have been made on the interpreting skills which the interpreter uses when interpreting.This report includes four chapters: Interpreting Task — background,significance,and requirements from agents and clients;interpreting Procedure — preparations,process,and post-interpreting evaluations;Interpreting Cases Analysis — interpreting skills like Effort Model,omission,etc.;and Conclusion — recollections of the task and expectations for the future.
