At present,with the continuous upgrading of industrial structure adjustment,our country attaches great importance to the development of cultural industry.It has successively introduced a number of policies to support the development of cultural industry.And in the process of cultural industry development,small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force.However,the medium and small cultural enterprises have always faced a problem in the process of development-insufficient funds.For small and medium-sized cultural enterprises,due to its characteristics of “creative &light-assets”,lack the necessary material guarantee,so it is difficult to get loans from Banks and other financial institutions to traditional,making them into a dilemma of“financing difficulties”.The lack of funds restricts the development of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises and hinders the prosperity of China's cultural industry.With the progress of technology and the rapid development of Internet finance,crowdfunding appeared and received wide attention.Crowdfunding provides a new solution to the financing of smes.It can break the traditional financing pattern,reduce the financing threshold,and provide a face-to-face communication platform for small and medium-sized cultural enterprises and projects which directly show their creativity and concept,raising money for the vast number of Internet users.It also reduce the transaction costs,improve the efficiency of financing and disperse investment risk.Moreover,crowdfunding can effectively stimulate the creative potential of cultural products,thus break the development bottleneck of cultural industry and promote the development of cultural industry.The paper briefly introduce the research results at home and abroad about the cultural industry and crowdfunding,puts forward the background and conditions of the cultural industy crowdfunding,emphasizes the crowdfunding for the role and significance of the cultural industry.Then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of crowdfunding in various industries of domestic cultural industry.After that,collects related data from the cultural industy crowdfunding platform-MoDian,researches the influence factors of the financing attainment rate of the crowdfunding project by using analysis of regression,in order to instruct entrepreneur and new product research and development group in enterprise to initiate a crowdfunding project more effectively,raising the financing attainment rate of crowdfunding project.Finally,based on the empirical research of crowdfunding influencing factors,the paper gives some suggestions on the development of Chinese cultural crowdfunding from three dimensions-project initiators,crowdfunding platforms and government.
