The Effect Of College Teachers' Face Attractiveness And Job Responsibility On The Implicit Imitative Behavior Of College Students

Imitation,as a strategy for social activities,affects people's life at all times.Implicit imitation,as a type of imitation,plays a vital role in teaching activities.College teachers are the subjects of imparting knowledge and experience,and also the objects of implicit imitation of college students.It is a question worth discussing that the influence of college teachers' face attractiveness and job responsibility on implicit imitation.There are two experiments in this study,and all of them are studied by the Van Leeuwen coloring paradigm.The study of 2(face attraction: high,low)* 2(face sex: male and female)* 2(male and female)was used to study 94 college students to study the influence of College Teachers' face attraction,face sex and gender of participants on the implicit imitative behavior of college students in Experiment one.In experiment two,a study of 2(face attraction: high,low)* 2(job responsibility: there was no)was used to study 99 college students to study the influence of College Teachers' face attractiveness and job responsibility on the implicit Imitation Behavior of college students.The results showed that: college teachers' gender and participants' gender didn't affect the implicit imitation of college students;college teachers' facial attractiveness had an influence on college students' implicit imitation,and in the high condition of facial attractiveness,there were more implicit imitations;college teachers' job responsibility had an influence on college students' implicit imitation,and under the conditions of having work responsibility,there were more implicit imitation behaviors;college teachers' face attractiveness and job responsibility influenced the implicit imitation behavior of college students at the same time,under the condition of no job responsibility,the implicit imitative behavior of college students were not affected by face attractiveness.
