Objective:To understand the prevalence of middle school students'bullying?including three dimensions of being bullied, bullying, bullying and being bullied?and non-suicidal self-injury?NSSI?,to explore the influencing factors of NSSI among middle school students,at the same time, the structural equation model was used to analyze the regulating effects of emotional?psychological?symptoms and parent-child attachment in the relationship between school bullying and NSSI behavior, and provided an effective an theoretical basis for the prevention and intervention of NSSI among middle school students. Methods:Taking three middle and high school students in Jiangxi Province as the research object, considering that third-grade students are not easy to cooperate in the examination stage,so this study only included first-grade and second-grade students. The three secondary schools are Nanchang University affiliated high school?provincial capital city middle school?,Linchuan second middle school?District City middle school?and Chongren second middle school?county middle school?.A total of 7500 participants in the survey, using the Non-suicidal Self-injury?NSSI?questionnaire to investigate the incidence of non-suicidal self-injury in the past 12months,and using Olweus questionnaire to investigate the occurrence of bullying in schools in the past 12 months, and using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire?SDQ?to assess the subject's emotional?psychological?symptom levels,Using the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment?IPPA?to assess the level of parent-child attachment and mother-child attachment.Epi Data 3.0 was used to double-entry the questionnaires, and sorting and filling in the gaps,SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis,Mplus was used for structural equation model construction and analysis of mediation and regulatory effects.Results:?1?The detection rate of NSSI among middle school students was 33.7%,girls are higher than boys?P<0.001?;There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rate of NSSI between different household registration locations, which in towns was higher than in rural areas?P<0.001?;When the student's kinship with“mother”was reported as foster mother, the detection rate of NSSI was higher than other relationships?P=0.041?;When the student's kinship relationship with the“father”who is currently living is reported as adoptive father, the NSSI detection rate is also higher than other kinship?P=0.014?;The detection rate of parental education level in tertiary education and above is relatively higher than in junior high school and below(Pmother=0.002,Pfather=0.003);The proportion of students reported being bullied is negatively correlated with their family economic status?P<0.001?.?2?Among all the participants, the total reporting rate of bullying and being bullied in the past one year was 21.5%,of which only 13.7%were reported for being bullied,2.7%for bullying and 5.1%for bullying and being bullied.Bullying is closely related to being bullied,27.2%of students among those who are being bullied at the same time they are bullies,64.7%of the students among the bullies are also bullied.?3?School bullying and being bullied, emotional?psychological?problems were positively correlated with NSSI,and parent-child attachment was negatively correlated with the NSSI,being bullied is an independent risk factor for NSSI among middle school students?OR=2.12,95%CI:1.832.46,P<0.001?,and bullying is also an independent risk factor for NSSI among middle school students?OR=1.74,95%CI:1.282.36,P<0.001?,emotional?psychological?problem can positively predict the occurrence of NSSI?OR=1.10,95%CI:1.091.12,P<0.001?,father attachment was an independent protective factor for NSSI behavior?OR=0.86,95%CI:0.770.96,P=0.006?;?4?The mediating effect of emotional?psychological?problems in the impact of bullying and being bullied on NSSI is significant, and the mediating effect is a partial mediating effect. The proportion of mediating effect to the total effect was29.95%and 20.48%,respectively.?5?The direct and mediating effects of bullying and NSSI are regulated by the attachment of father-child and the attachment of mother-child.Conclusion:?1?There was statistical difference in school bullying,NSSI,emotional?psychological?problems and parents-child attachment;?2?There is a strong relationship between NSSI and school bullying/being bullied,emotional?psychological?problems,parent-child attachment, and Campus bullying\being bullied, emotional?psychological?problems have a significant positive predictive effect on NSSI behavior,However,parent-child attachment is a protective factor in NSSI behavior;?3?The emotional?psychological?problem of middle school students has an intermediate role in the relationship between bullying, being bullied and NSSI behavior.Middle school students who are being bullied or bullying others are more likely to have emotional?psychological?problems.Once this kind of mentality is not relieved,it may lead to the occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury;?4?The mediating effect of emotional?psychological?problems of middle school students on campus bullying/being bullied and NSSI behavior is mediated by father-child attachment and mother-child attachment. When mothe-child or father-child have a low attachment degree, adolescent emotional?psychological?problems are more likely to engage in NSSI behavior, while the high degree of attachment between mother-child or father-child has buffered the occurrence of NSSI behavior of middle school students to a certain extent.
