Gadamer is a famous German philosopher in twentieth Century.And he is the founder of Philosophical Hermeneutics.Gadamer practice ontology of aesthetic practice.The aesthetic experience has been raised to the height of philosophy.Many poets’ poetry was interpreted by Gadamer in his later time,and poetry became a important concept.Holderlin’s poetry is the most representative.The method in truth and method based on Heidegger and there are some voices of the ancient Greek gods in Heidegger’s interpretation of Holderlin’s poetry were listened to.The divine listening has rebuilt the spiritual state of modern people When people’s spiritual world is flooded with scientism.The mission of the poet and the interpreter’s duties have been realized in Holderlin’s poetry and the interpretation of Gadamer.A poet who is sensitive to ears and listens attentively to the distant gods in ancient Greece in the age of spiritual poverty.This thesis is based on Gadamer’s research and interpretation of Holderlin’s poetry.Holderlin’s poetry is further interpreted and interpreted using Hermeneutics.The paper traces and rethinks the ancient Greek art tradition,so that the poet’s love for the German nation and the concern for human destiny are highlighted.In the end,in the era of spiritual poverty,human beings listened to the divine nature and remade the state of spiritual enrichment.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the life of Holdelin and poetry writing and Gadamer’s interpretation of Holderlin’s poetry.The second and fifth chapters are the main part of the thesis.Based on Gadamer’s theory and method,using Gadamer’s interpretation of Holderlin’s poetry as an example,he focused on the difficulties that Holderlin faced when he returned to ancient Greece for artistic reflection and highlighted the importance of hearing divinity.
