In the creation of Chinese contemporary oil painting,the techniques and forms of painting creation tend to diversify.Color is an important means for oil painting artists to express their ideological connotation and the essence of art.As an important painting language,it occupies an important position in oil painting.Therefore,in the historical process of oil painting development,artists are constantly researching and exploring the expression of color,striving to bring the color language to the extreme.For a long time,the paintings of colourful colors to describe beautiful things emerge in an endless stream.It is unavoidable that the public aesthetic will produce visual fatigue.Some contemporary artists choose to use the language of monochrome painting to make oil paintings.They pay attention to the symbolic meaning of the color itself to express the emotional and artistic ideas,and the simplification of color is the simplification of the color.Artist's sublimation of thinking and effective expression of spiritual communication.This article mainly analyzes the use of monochrome language in Chinese contemporary oil painting.The first part,starting with color,expounds the symbolic meaning,spiritual connotation and emotional embodiment of color,and the second part,explores the monochrome oil painting language of western contemporary artists,including the definition and background of monochrome language,and focuses on the interpretation of the monochrome language.The monochrome painting art of Klein and Richter;the third part,the exploration and development of monochrome oil painting in China,starting from the origin of monochrome oil painting and Chinese painting,further exploring its reference to contemporary ink and ink and analyzing the spirit of Chinese contemporary monochrome oil painting;the fourth part,in-depth study of Contemporary monochrome oil in China The development trend and value of painting;the fifth part is my experience in using monochromatic language in the process of creation.I hope that through research and exposition,this art form of monochrome language can get more attention,broaden the visual angle of the mass aesthetic,and show the unique artistic carm of the monochrome oil painting.The topic and purpose of this article is to deeply understand the present situation of the development of contemporary Chinese monochrome oil painting,to explore and analyze the works of contemporary monochrome painting artists,to understand the connotation of the paintings,to understand the expression of the artist's spirit and emotion,and to dig out its aesthetic value and artistic value.At the same time,we study and think about the existing artists' monochromatic oil paintings on the basis of learning and studying,so as to provide the research foundation for later works.This paper collects and reads books,magazines and electronic documents related to the research topic by means of data collection and literature selection,and collects and establishes the supporting arguments of this article.By using the method of demonstration,the Chinese contemporary oil painters' monochromatic oil paintings are listed,and their artistic theories,emotional expressions and spiritual connotations are analyzed.In the course of the study,using the practice survey method,we deeply understand the cognition of the popular aesthetic to Chinese contemporary monochrome oil painting,and take a sampling survey of different people to understand the evaluation of the monochrome oil painting by the people of different ages and social levels.In the course of the study,on the basis of reading and studying the books and literature,and combining contemporary representative painters and artistic works as the analysis object,the author understands the creative thinking and emotional connotation of the artist,and finds the Chinese traditional culture,the language of ink painting and the interoperability of the contemporary monochrome oil painting.Through the evaluation of the monochrome oil painting by the aesthetic masses,the development trend and artistic value of Chinese contemporary monochrome oil painting are analyzed,and its development and limitations are summed up so that art can be better integrated into life and service to life.
